Every trade sized to the room you have.
Trade Manager is a one-click trade panel for prop firm challenges and funded accounts. You set the risk and the stop; it works out the lot, checks it can't take you past your firm's limits, opens the trade and manages it for you.

TrueRisk Trade Manager
A one-click trade panel that sizes every trade so its stop loss can't take you past your prop firm's limits.

The panel
- Buy and Sell buttons with the lot already worked out from your risk: a percent of the balance, the equity or the initial challenge balance.
- Stop loss in points, or automatic at 1.5 times the average candle size (ATR 14).
- Take profit as a multiple of the risk, for example 2R, or none.
- Lines mode: drag the stop loss and take profit lines on the chart; the lot updates as you drag.
- Pending mode: drag an entry line too; the panel places a limit or a stop order.
- Close this symbol, close all, and move every trade to break-even.
What makes it prop-safe
Before every trade the panel adds up what you would lose if every open trade and pending order hit its stop loss. A new trade's stop may only use the room that is left before your daily or maximum loss limit, minus a safety buffer. If the trade needs more, the lot is cut to fit, or the trade is refused if you prefer.
So a run of stopped-out trades can't push you past a limit. Only slippage, gaps or trades without a stop loss can.
Trade Manager in lines mode: drag the entry, stop loss and take profit lines on the chart; the lot updates as you drag.
Trade management on autopilot
R is the distance from the entry to the first stop loss.
- Partial close: close part of the position at a profit of X R (default: half at 1R).
- Break-even: move the stop to the entry at X R, optionally locking a little profit.
- Trailing stop: from X R, follow the price at a distance of Y R.
- Manage only the panel's trades, all trades on the symbol (manual and other EAs too), or every trade on the account.
Account Guard Pro included
Underneath runs the full Account Guard Pro engine for the whole account: firm presets for FTMO, FundedNext and The5ers, daily and maximum loss locks with the reset in the firm's own time zone, a loss cap per trade, a high-impact news lock and Friday close.
How we tested it
In the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester on a 100,000 USD account with random entries, January to April 2026 (the entries mean nothing; the test is about sizing and management):
- Gold, default settings: 271 trades, 134 partial closes, 133 moves to break-even, 96 trailing stops, 0 failed requests.
- EURUSD, same period: 242 trades, 113 partial closes, 111 moves to break-even, 73 trailing stops, 0 failed requests.
- FTMO 2-Step preset at a deliberately high 2% risk per trade: the panel cut the lot three times to fit the room left, then refused further trades. The account stopped at 92,015, just above the 92,000 level where the guard steps in. The lock never had to fire.
Good to know
- MetaTrader must be running for the panel to manage trades. A VPS is the safe choice for a funded account.
- Lot sizes come from your broker's own tick values. Commissions are not included in the risk.
- Trades without a stop loss can't be counted in the room; the panel marks the room with "?" while one is open.
- You can try it in the MetaTrader Strategy Tester before you buy (button on the MQL5 page).
